Getting Started

Bruce Tessier greatly influenced me in getting involved with Strongwoman. As a very competitive person I accepted the challenge to Sunday morning training with the guys. Once I picked up my first atlas stone and pulled my first truck I was hooked.

I have been very fortunate to train with and learn from a great Boston based strongman/woman crew. I owe a lot to Bruce Tessier and the rest of the gang from the Body Shop as well as Art McDermott and the crew at Highland Strength and Fitness.

Goals

A few of my long list: To get better every competition, someday win World’s Strongest Woman, compete as long as I possibly can, promote the sport and get other women involved.
